Research excellence is not only about generating knowledge it is also about developing researchers capable of connecting 𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀.
In this issue, we explore how CHemPGM’s training, secondments and knowledge-exchange activities contribute to the development of researchers and strengthen the collective expertise of the consortium.
Through the exchange of scientific knowledge, transferable skills and practical experience, researchers enhance their capabilities, while the knowledge and experience gained can be shared within their home organisations and applied to future research.
At the same time, the professional relationships established across universities, research organisations and SMEs create valuable foundations for 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
By investing in people, knowledge and collaboration, CHemPGM contributes to lasting capacity building that extends beyond individual activities and the project lifetime.
